<p>We also challenge the notion of 'relapse,' 'falling off the wagon,' or 'starting over.' Instead of viewing this journey as an 'all or nothing' endeavor, we encourage individuals to critically examine their relationship with alcohol without fear of judgment.</p>

<p>We believe that there are more meaningful questions to ask oneself than whether they are an alcoholic or need to quit drinking altogether. The most important question you can pose is: "Would I be happier consuming less alcohol?"</p>
